The British Association for Surgery of the Knee represents orthopaedic surgeons who have an interest in knee surgery, or who undertake knee surgery, that have subscribed to, or who have been conferred honorary membership of, the organisation. BASK is based in Britain and is affiliated to the British Orthopaedic Association.
The Association was set up in the early 1980’s. Since then it has grown to become one of the largest surgical subspecialist organisations, which brings together knee surgeons with the single aim of improving their patient’s care.
The Association provides a forum for research, education and advises on healthcare management for all aspects of knee surgery. For more information please follow the links to either the Public or Professional user’s sections of this website.
