Attendance certificates will be issued via email usually in May post-meeting, only to those who have successfully completed the Online Post-Meeting Feedback Survey.  A request to complete the SurveyMonkey Feedback Survey will be sent to the e-mail address you gave when registering for the conference, by 5th April 2019.

One reminder will be sent 2 weeks after the initial request, if you do not receive the request please contact the Webmaster.

Please note due to the recent GDPR legislation, you will be asked upon registering for the meeting if you wish to receive emails. If you do not select this option BASK will be unable to contact you via e-mail regarding survey and you will therefore not receive a certificate. A certificate will only be issued on completion of the survey:

NO SURVEY RESPONSE = NO ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE

Once the survey is closed it will NOT be re-opened and no further certificates will issued, BASK enforces this rule rigidly!

CPD points of up to 6 per day attended (maximum 12 CPD points for two attended days)

Fixed points are usually awarded for educational content with a further 1 point per hour of free paper sessions attended, providing the papers were relevant to your practice

In order to qualify for points you must also make reflective notes for filing in your personal portfolio

Online registration will close on the 17th March 2019
Onsite registration will open at 7.45am on Tuesday 26th March 2019

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note the BASK cancellation policy:
Up to 31st January 2019 – 25% cancellation charge
Up to 28th February 2019 – 50% cancellation charge
After 1st March 2019 – 100% cancellation charge.

BASK Members who register for free and do not attend the meeting, without informing the Events Organiser in writing to the below email address by 25th March 2019 at 5pm, will incur an administrative fee in the sum of £25 per day to cover incurred costs, this will be invoiced post meeting.

All cancellations must be received in writing by the relevant date to: admin@baskonline.com
Refund payments will be made post-event less the applicable cancellation charges.

The advance and discounted rate agreed for BASK delegates is currently £138.00 inclusive of VAT per night and will include breakfast, car parking is at an extra cost though there are several car parks available in close proximity to the hotel.

The BASK annual dinner was held on 26th March 2019 at the Brighton Hilton Metropole Hotel with pre-dinner drinks served on the British Airways i360 flight pod

Those wishing to attend must register online through the Conference Registration link (NOW CLOSED).
Please note that entrance to both the pre-dinner drinks and the annual dinner is by TICKET ONLY, places are strictly limited.

Further details on timings etc will be emailed to all those who have registered for the dinner ahead of the Meeting.

The deadline for Call for Papers has now expired, all submissions have been reviewed and selected, authors have been notified as to the outcome of their abstract.

Presenting Authors of Podium, Poster or E-poster presentation must be registered to attend the meeting by midnight on Thursday 28th February 2019

The date of the meeting is later than in previous years due to BASK hosting a combined meeting for the Combined Orthopaedic Knee Societies (COKS)
